About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Client Manager to take the lead on some of our most dynamic and high-profile enterprise accounts. Think global telecoms giants, industry-leading banks, and powerhouse corporate brands that shape the world we live in. This is your chance to work at the intersection of creativity and strategy, delivering bold, impactful work for clients who don’t just want to keep up, they want to set the pace.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind projects that span everything from brand strategy and campaign development to digital experiences and multi-sensory branding (yes, even sonic and 3D). You’ll manage it all, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams, ensuring every piece of work hits the mark and exceeds expectations.
As the trusted partner to your clients, you’ll guide them through complex challenges with confidence and clarity, building relationships that are as strong as the work you deliver. Whether you’re helping a telecoms giant redefine their customer experience or working with a bank to create a future-forward brand identity, you’ll thrive on the variety and scale of what’s possible here.
About you
You’re a seasoned pro when it comes to managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary creative projects for enterprise clients. With extensive experience working across sectors like telecoms, banking, or other corporate brands, you know how to navigate the unique demands of these industries while delivering work that stands out.
Strategic by nature and detail-obsessed by design, you’re equally comfortable seeing the big picture and diving into the nitty-gritty. You’ve mastered the art of managing global accounts, collaborating across agency networks, and keeping diverse teams aligned and motivated. Your ability to build trust and rapport with clients makes you their go-to advisor, and your problem-solving skills mean you can tackle any challenge that comes your way.
You’re commercially savvy, with a sharp eye on budgets and profitability, but you never lose sight of the creative ambition that drives great work. Above all, you bring energy, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.
