About The Role
As a
Senior Client Project Manager within Pagero’s Global Projects team, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of e-invoicing solutions for large, multinational clients. You’ll manage 6–8 concurrent projects of varying complexity, ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams—including sales, technical consultants, product development, and other departments—across North America and Europe. Your role will be pivotal in aligning internal efforts with client expectations, maintaining strong communication, and driving successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborating with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives.
- Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly stored.
- Applying industry best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
You are a proactive, organized, and results-driven project manager with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are skilled at managing multiple priorities across global teams.
Your qualifications include:
- Experience managing customer-facing projects, ideally in a global or multinational context.
- Experience with e-invoicing or ERP implementations is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to lead projects across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
