The Role
Are you an experienced financial services professional looking to re-enter the workforce or seeking a role that values your deep expertise and offers genuine flexibility? Y TREE invites you to join our integrated Client Team as a Senior Client Service Analyst.
This pivotal role moves beyond traditional administration, positioning you as a central and strategic hub for client management and internal coordination. We are seeking individuals who can leverage their extensive background to proactively anticipate client needs, and orchestrate seamless actions across our internal teams. Your maturity, gravitas, and comprehensive industry knowledge will be invaluable in building strong, lasting client relationships and ensuring flawless operational execution.
- Manage a seamless journey from the initial lead to a fully onboarded client.
- Execute all advice and administrative functions with precision and accuracy..
- Serve as a central point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring all communications are handled effectively.
- Update and complete new client KYC/AML records.
- Act as a key operational liaison, executing all cash movements and manage time-sensitive capital call payments with precision.
- Uphold the accuracy and security of all client data and advice records in full compliance with GDPR.
About You
- Significant experience in an operational or client service role within an FCA-regulated financial services firm (wealth management preferred).
- A deep understanding of the client lifecycle in a financial advice business, including complex, multi-step administrative processes.
- Exceptional organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks and competing deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of absolute accuracy, especially in high-risk areas like cash movements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the maturity and gravitas to confidently liaise with high-net-worth clients, internal teams, and external providers.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit.
- The ability to rapidly master new financial software platforms like Salesforce, Multrees, Jira, and Tableau.
