An exciting opportunity had arisen to join the team on the Neurosciences Intensive Care Unit at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, UK. This 1 year, fixed term post as a Senior Clinical Fellow is ideal for a candidate who has recently acquired CCT, or equivalent level of training, in Anaesthetics or Intensive Care, and has full GMC registration with Licence to Practice. The role is ideal for a clinician with interest in Neuro-Anaesthesia or Neuro-Critical Care to gain increased experience in support of a Consultant application, or as part of a subsequent Portfolio Pathway application.
The post holder will contribute at a senior level to the running of a busy specialist Intensive Care Unit, including management of junior colleagues and trainees, and will contribute to a 1:8 full-shift on-call rota covering the Airway tier of the Neuro ICU.
