An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Clinical Research Nurse's to support the current research team.
This post requires staff who have 2 -3 years of clinical experience in an acute clinical NHS setting , with a valid Nursing and Midwifery registration . Research experience is desirable but not essential — Training will be provided. This role will require late shifts and weekend shift cover and cross site working across MFT sites , hence flexibility will be required.

The NIHR Manchester Clinical Research Facility (MCRF) comprises of six dedicated experimental medicine research units The CRFs provide dedicated space and a safe, quality assured environment for delivering clinical research studies.
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can contribute to the development of research within the CRF at MRI Research team. The team facilitates and support research delivery in the different specialties of research within MFT, with a particular focus on delivering Early phase 1-2 highly complex experimental medicinal commercial and non commercial trials .
The post holder will be a key member of the clinical team, they will assist in the management, co-ordination and facilitation of clinical trial activities to support delivery of current and future studies in the research team to time and target.
You will be supporting an award-winning diverse team of experts who are making a difference to the future care of patients, driving forward pioneering research into new tests and treatments in a range of clinical research trials in various disease aspects. Utilising our expertise in early phase experimental medicine we aim to contribute to the rapid translation of research findings into clinical care.
