What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with key stakeholders to define and track the right KPIs
• Building slick financial models to support decision-making and planning
• Turning data into commercial insights that guide strategy and execution
• Leading on budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting cycles
• Supporting monthly business reviews with clear, actionable analysis
• Challenging the status quo and spotting opportunities to drive value

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), 2+ years post-qualified
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Detail-focused but commercially savvy
