Having grown rapidly to support 30+ global partners, we’re now entering an exciting new chapter – and we’re looking for an ambitious Senior Commercial Operations Executive to help drive it forward.

What you’ll be doing:

✔️ Commercial Support – create winning proposals, sales materials and client renewals.

✔️ Process Optimisation – streamline workflows and improve efficiency to unlock growth.

✔️ Business Development – research, identify and pursue new revenue opportunities.

✔️ Sales Support – deliver engaging pitches and track performance to close deals.

✔️ Collaboration – work across strategy, marketing, design, and client services.

✔️ Market Insights – monitor industry trends and help shape commercial strategy.

✔️ Revenue Forecasting – support accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting.

✔️ Networking – represent Right Formula at events, building valuable connections.

What we’re looking for:

🔹 Experience in a commercial, operations or business development role within Formula 1, top-tier sport, media, entertainment, or agency environments

🔹 Solid understanding of sponsorship, media rights and activation

🔹 Strong project management and organisational skills

🔹 Confident communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders

🔹 A proactive team player, thriving in fast-paced environments

🔹 Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools and ideally Monday.com
