We're looking for a Senior Communications Business Partner to join our Construction team covering Strategic Project, Construction and Engineering and Mechanical Electrical Teams
Location: Flexible on Location - hybrid working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Communications Business Partner, you'll be working within the Construction team covering Strategic Project, Construction and Engineering and Mechanical Electrical Teams, supporting them in enhancing the reputation of our major projects, promoting achievements, and engaging internal and external audiences.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Developing and delivering integrated communications strategies across channels, aligned with business goals
- Creating impactful content including press releases, thought leadership, internal comms, and marketing collateral
- Managing media relations and crisis communications, while building strong press relationships
- Supporting stakeholder engagement with clients, communities, and regulators
- Leading on performance measurement and reporting across your campaigns
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Communications Business Partner is great for you if:
- You have extensive communications experience, ideally with a background in construction, M&E, or the built environment
- You bring a proven track record in communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, and media relations
- You're confident turning complex projects and processes into compelling, audience-friendly content
- Have Crisis management experience
- Line management experience
