Oliver James are excited to be supporting a highly respected Global Insurance Broker with their search for a Senior Compliance Analyst. In this role you will play a key and valued part in delivering regulatory advice and support.

Oliver James are excited to be supporting a highly respected Global Insurance Broker with their search for a Senior Compliance Analyst. In this role you will play a key and valued part in delivering regulatory advice and support.
Main Responsibilities
- Report into the Head of Compliance.
- Manage SMCR requirements.
- Provide expert regulatory support to the business.
- Conduct horizon scanning and notify of any regulation changes.
- Staying updated on relevant regulatory updates, UK and US.
- Draft policies in line with regulation.
- Deliver compliance training to wider teams.
- Strong regulatory compliance experience within insurance is essential.
- Experienced within horizon scanning.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the FCA, in particular PRIN, COCON and ICOBS.
- Experience with US surplus lines would be very beneficial.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.
- Ability to provide advice and guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
