Senior Compliance Associate

** 12 Month FTC**

An established investment management firm is seeking a Senior Compliance Associate to support its regulatory compliance function. With several billion pounds in assets under management across multiple investment strategies, this organisation is committed to responsible investment and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing and approving financial promotions.
2. Strong understanding of UK financial regulations, particularly concerning retail investment products and financial promotions.
3. Contributing to ongoing compliance activities such as monitoring, policy updates, and procedural improvements.
4. Providing guidance on FCA-regulated matters to internal stakeholders.
5. Manage regulatory filings related to MiFID and AIFMD activities.
6. Execute assigned elements of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including reviews, action tracking, and reporting.
7. Experience working with retails funds
8. Generalist compliance knowledge

This role requires significant experience in the alternative investment management sector and a strong understanding of applicable regulations and compliance best practices
