Experienced Senior Compliance Manager

Retail Banking - London (Hybrid c. 2 days per week - flexible)

c. £75,000-£95,000 plus benefits

Working for an innovative, ambitious and growing mid-sized bank, this role works closely with the SMF16, providing expert advisory support across multiple regulatory areas such as, FCA/ PRA / PSR.

To be considered you will have the following:

• Deep knowledge across BCOBs, SAVINGS and related areas incl. Conduct, SMCR, Deposit Protection etc.
• Operated in a business impactful advisory capacity: current/ emerging regulations and actions
• Evidenced ability to work across a breadth of topics, at pace, whilst bringing calmness, clarity and direction to the function;
• Possess good internal/ external stakeholder management incl. C-Suite

Desirable experience

• Payment Services Regulations / PSD2/ EMI

Initially a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with an opportunity to extend or become permanent.
