Bally’s is looking for a strategic and detail-focused Marketing Compliance Senior Manager to lead and evolve our compliance function. In this high-impact role, you’ll work at the crossroads of creativity and regulation - ensuring our marketing remains bold, engaging, and fully compliant. Reporting to the Director of Interactive Planning, you’ll collaborate with marketing, legal, and compliance teams to embed smart, scalable safeguards that protect our brand while enabling innovation. If you're passionate about navigating complex regulations and shaping responsible, high-performing campaigns, this is your opportunity to lead from the front in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
So, what will you be doing?
- Develop and manage a robust review and approval process for all marketing materials.
- Serve as a key decision-maker and escalation point for marketing compliance matters.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance partners to create streamlined, efficient ways of working.
- Ensure full compliance across all marketing activity in line with laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve policies and procedures that keep pace with regulatory and business changes.
- Deliver training that empowers marketing teams to manage risk while maintaining brand impact.
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing teams to support innovative, compliant campaigns.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks—recommending improvements as needed.
- Conduct regular audits and monitoring of marketing practices; support investigations when necessary.
And what will you need?
- Have experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role, ideally within a regulated industry.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business guidance.
- Be commercially minded, with a pragmatic approach to compliance.
- Possess the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Have a good understanding of the media landscape and digital marketing practices.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be confident in challenging constructively and diplomatically when needed.
- Possess strong presentation skills and the ability to influence and inform across teams.
- Have a flexible communication style, able to tailor messaging to the audience while maintaining consistency.
- Have a collaborative mindset, actively promoting cross-departmental engagement and open communication.
- Possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands.
