Our client is a well-established and growing financial services / insurance-based organisation, providing insurance broking, risk management, and advisory services. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Compliance & Risk Officer to join their Compliance & Operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational excellence across the business.

The Role

You will support the effective operation of the organisation’s compliance and risk framework, working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure best practice, high standards, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance, quality, and risk processes across the business
• Maintain and update risk registers and compliance documentation
• Monitor incidents, near misses, breaches, audits, and risk-related activity
• Assist with risk assessments, reviews, and control testing

About You

• Experience in compliance, risk, quality, or financial services administration
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Confident working with stakeholders across the business
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Proactive, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
