About Forum Europe
Based in Cardiff, Forum Europe is a leading organiser of high-level policy conferences in Brussels, and globally through our international arm, Forum Global. We bring together policymakers, industry leaders, and civil society to promote dialogue on today’s most critical policy challenges.
We produce our own-initiated portfolio of sector-leading conferences, and also work with European institutions, European and non-European Governments, international agencies, NGOs and global corporations on the production and delivery of bespoke conferences and events.
Our Culture & Values
We approach our work with curiosity, seeking to understand the policy landscape and its developments. We are focused on delivering events that contribute meaningfully to public policy discussions. We value inclusivity and aim to reflect a range of perspectives in our work. Professionalism, collaboration, and respect for others guide how we work together and with our partners.
The Role: Senior Conference Producer
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Senior Conference Producer to join our team. This is a new and varied role, ideal for someone who is commercially focused, thrives on ownership, creativity, and intellectual engagement.
You will work closely with the company leadership and the Director & Head of Conference Production to design and deliver impactful, policy-driven events. This includes shaping event agendas, identifying new opportunities, securing high-profile speakers and sponsors, and ensuring excellent programme execution.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring strong research, content development, stakeholder engagement, and commercial instincts. Note that this role would not be suitable for someone exclusively seeking an events management position.
