About the Role
We are seeking a senior-level Conference Producer who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic events team. You will play a central role in developing strategic, commercially viable, and editorially excellent event programmes for a C-level technology audience.
This role requires a blend of editorial thinking, market research, speaker engagement, and project management. You will be responsible for owning the full production cycle — from researching cutting-edge trends and building compelling agendas, to recruiting high-profile speakers and overseeing the successful delivery of both in-person and virtual conferences.
As a senior team member, you will also contribute to the development of new event formats, support junior producers, and play a visible role in extending our brand across bilingual markets.
