Senior Consultant EIM Solutions

YOUR IMPACT

As part of our Professional Services unit, you will support our enterprise customers with the architecture of OpenText solutions (e.g. our Extended ECM Platform) and their migration into the cloud. You can work remotely in this role, however, you have to be based in the UK already.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• As a Lead Consultant you will be advising our customers on the design, implementation and migration of OpenText solutions (including hyperscaler and cloud implementations on containerized technology)
• Conducting detailed requirement analyses, examining business processes to identify suitable (EIM) solutions
• Creating solution concepts and technical documentation, including infrastructure and implementation plans
• Supporting with presales, technical escalations and alignments with customers
• Working closely with the project and practice teams
• Advising our customers on best practices

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Several years of professional experience in ECM sytems (or ERP or CRM)
• Proficiency in software development, e.g. in ABAP, .Net, web technologies
• Familiarity with IT architecture, client/server systems, cloud technologies, and databases
• Beneficial would be knowledge in OpenText products (e.g., Extended ECM, Archive Center) and SAP technologies (ECC, HANA, SuccessFactors)
• Project experience within cloud environments and knowledge in containerization
• Good communication skills in English
