Senior Contract Manager – Rail / Arboriculture

Are you a results-driven Senior Contract Manager with experience in rail or arboriculture? We’re looking for a hands-on leader to take ownership of multiple projects, drive operational excellence, and build strong client relationships across the region.

Lead the full project lifecycle across multiple contracts
Manage and develop a team of Contract Managers and Planners
Ensure HSE, environmental, and compliance standards are met
Oversee budgets and commercial performance
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, innovative project solutions

What we’re looking for:

5+ years in rail or similar industries, with management experience
Knowledge of arboriculture and/or rail operations
Hands-on industry experience in manual roles
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Full UK driving license (travel required)

Required Qualifications:

COSS & SMSTS
NEBOSH, IOSH, or other HSQE certifications
