Role Description

You will lead the coordination and administration of Special Services contracts within Allianz Engineering Inspection Services, managing agreements from initial enquiry through to invoicing, while ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to build strong, sustainable relationships, support commercial growth, and maintain operational excellence. With a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and adherence to regulatory standards, you will play a key role in the success of this specialist and growing area of Allianz’s technical services business.

This is a hybrid role based in our Guilford office, with the expectation to be on-site two days per week.

Salary Information

Pay: Circa £30,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

About You

  • Negotiating and managing Special Engineering Services contracts from initial enquiry through to invoice issuance, using the internal Contracts Management System.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate service delivery and maintain transparency throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Building and nurturing long-term stakeholder relationships to support retention, satisfaction, and sustainable commercial growth.
  • Delivering high standards of customer service while meeting agreed product targets and ensuring timely, compliant service fulfilment.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
  • Proven commercial and analytical skills to support decision-making.
  • Excellent customer service and a strong compliance mindset.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Agility to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grades 4–6 (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft basic package.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations within engineering or inspection environments.
