Job Overview
Take full financial and delivery responsibility for a portfolio of contracts, ensuring cost-effective service delivery within legal and contractual obligations. Oversee all phases of the contract lifecycle—from lead generation to post-completion—ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts to meet financial targets and contractual obligations.
- Lead project delivery teams and allocate resources efficiently.
- Administer contracts in line with legal frameworks and company procedures.
- Drive additional revenue opportunities and ensure timely financial close-out.
- Maintain accurate records and systems, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Foster strong client relationships and support business growth.
- Monitor supply chain performance and manage subcontractors.
- Report on contract performance and financial forecasting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or Project Management (ONC, HND, Degree).
- SMSTS, IOSH, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
- Proven experience managing projects of similar scale and complexity.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and IT skills (e.g., SharePoint, CRM, Excel).
- Understanding of SME operations and statutory industry requirements.
- Valid UK driving licence.
