We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join our friendly and dynamic Derby office. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career within a supportive and progressive firm that values your expertise and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
• Carrying out searches, assisting with reports depending on experience and dealing with Land Registry applications.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
• Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion, under supervision.
• Supporting solicitors and fee earners to ensure smooth progression of matters.
  
  

Requirements

• Solid experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Familiarity with case management systems and Land Registry/online portals.
