Senior Corporate Client Adviser

We’re looking for a talented Senior Corporate Client Adviser to join our Corporate Client Team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).

What you’ll do

At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Senior Corporate Client Adviser you too will play an integral part in what we do.

This will be achieved through managing relationships with our corporate clients featuring over half of the FTSE 100 and well-known international brands, advising them on their corporate and employee giving programmes, growing and developing a new pipeline of clients to add to your portfolio as well as helping to fostering an excelling team culture.

As our Senior Corporate Client Adviser your remit will cover:

• Strategy: assisting the Principal, Corporate Clients at a strategic and operational level, including leading a pillar of the Corporate Audience Plan, devising and achieving the financial and activity targets set for the Corporate Client team.
• Client Management: managing the corporate giving programmes of a designated client portfolio, maintaining and growing donations and fees across the corporate giving product suite (including Give As You Earn (payroll giving), corporate giving and foundations, and advisory)
• Contribution Growth: driving new growth from new client relationships, through the introduction of CAF products and service as well as working with associated teams (e.g. Impact Accelerator and Business Development) to implement new campaigns and initiatives to drive new acquisition.
• Line Management: To manage and support members of the team to reach their objectives and KPIs, develop business opportunities from new and existing clients, and encourage personal development. To contribute to a strong senior management team and developing leadership culture within the Corporate Client team, and the broader Client Relations division.

Who you’ll be

This role is for you if you have experience of working with or within large-scale corporates and possess solid account management, business development and team management skills or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society.

We are looking for:

• Excellent knowledge and ability of formulating and delivering business development/account management. Including commercial propositions and negotiations
• Demonstrate ability to successfully negotiate and influence at a senior level through excellent stakeholder engagement
• Ability to create a sense of community, direction and agreed purpose across a large team to meeting financial and activity led targets
• Ability to display an understanding of insurance, financial industry and regulatory requirements
