About The Role:
At NEXT we have a great opportunity for a Senior Creative Shoot Coordinator to join the Brand Marketing team based at our Head Office in Leicestershire. This is a fixed term opportunity for 12 months. As a Senior Creative Shoot Coordinator you will be responsible for concepting and executing our Platinum fashion shoots, ensuring we’re creating visually captivating, on brand content for a number of end uses including our stores, website and social channels.
You will work with different departments around the business and external crews, relationship building and collaboration is a must within this role. The role is varied and requires travel to different shoot locations, including abroad, so flexibility is needed at times too.
Main Tasks:
- As the Senior Creative Shoot Coordinator for Next Brand Marketing, you'll work closely with the Brand Photography Manager to create leading childrenswear images to drive the Brand forward.
- Regularly attending meetings internally to brainstorm concepts, discuss timeline, creative, budget and understand specific Next childrenswear vision and guidelines.
- Working with the Campaign Team on creatives for children's specific campaigns, such as Back to School.
- Liaise with product teams and senior management on creative concepts, sample coordination, image edit, selection and repro.
- Brief and work alongside shoot producers on project creative whilst remaining mindful of budget parameters. Selecting locations, crew and models to meet creative briefs.
- Attend photoshoots, working closely with the Art Director, Photographer and DOP on set to ensure relevant assets are obtained and the briefs are met.
- Manage post shoot process, editing to accommodate all business requirements, retouching mark ups, image and video approval and sharing assets with the relevant internal teams to ensure the highest brand visibility.
- Work alongside our Clearance teams to create and provide in store imagery for mens/ womens and childrens.
About you:
- Creative flair and knowledge, producing innovative ideas and solutions
- Previous experience of creating campaign concepts, shoot coordination or art direction (ideally with childrenswear in particular)
- Advantageous to hold experience of working with multiple areas of the business
- Forward thinking, innovative & proactive in approach of all projects
- Able to work on multiple concurrent projects within set timescales and to budget
- Excellent planning, workload management and organisational capabilities.
- Good interpersonal, problem solving and presentation skills.
