Senior CRM Executive (9-Month FTC)

Fully Remote in the UK

£35,000-£40,000

The Company

Join a fast-paced, data-driven marketing team and take ownership of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that engage millions of members across the UK. Reporting into the CRM Lead, you’ll play a key role in building, scheduling, and optimising automated customer journeys that drive engagement, retention, and reactivation

The Role

Build and schedule lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app (Braze)
Manage automated journeys such as onboarding, renewal, and win-back flows
Maintain accurate, personalised campaign content and offers
Work collaboratively with Product, Member Services, and Legal to ensure campaigns meet compliance and business goals
Support campaign QA, reporting, and ongoing performance optimisation

Your Skills & Experience

Experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing (ideally in digital/subscription environments)

Hands-on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation /CRM tools
