THE ROLE

The Senior CRM Manager will lead CRM projects end-to-end, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders

Key responsibilities include:

Developing best-in-class, multi-channel CRM contact strategies aligned to client business objectives
Owning email, push, and SMS activity, including segmentation, automated journeys, and dynamic content
Reviewing existing CRM activity to identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and process
Advising clients on how to maximise value from CRM and marketing technology investments

Analysing campaign performance and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and contributing to account growth

Leading projects and mentoring junior team members (without formal line management)

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Prior CRM experience
Experience working across multiple clients or business contexts
Strong strategic capability
Confident, credible communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight and action
Experience with one or more CRM or marketing automation platforms (specific tools not critical)
Understanding of multi-channel CRM principles (email-only backgrounds are welcome)
Energetic, proactive, and ambitious
Comfortable working across different industries and technologies
