We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our growing data team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own critical data pipelines, shape data architecture, and lead by example in delivering reliable, scalable, and well-documented data solutions.

You’ll work closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure our data platform supports fast, secure, and trustworthy decision-making across the business.

Knowledge, Expertise, Complexity And Scope

Data Engineering Experience:

• Strong experience with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Python
• Solid knowledge of AWS services like S3, IAM, Glue, or Lambda
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitHub Actions, Databricks Repos, etc.)
• Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT design patterns, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance best practices
• Proven track record of mentoring and improving engineering culture
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure data systems using Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Python
• Mentor junior team members through pair programming, design reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Drive quality through clean code, test coverage, CI/CD, and thorough documentation
• Contribute to planning, estimation, and sprint delivery in collaboration with product and engineering leads
