Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based (one Friday a month)
Shift Patterns: Monday- Friday (7-3pm, 9-5pm, 10-6pm)

We are hiring into our Data team at Royal London Asset Management, where we are dedicated to managing and optimising our data to support business objectives. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Data Management Analyst to act as a custodian of core data domains including security, portfolio, benchmark, reference data and product data. This role will support and provide exceptional data services to our Front Office desks and Client Group teams.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and analysing data to support our strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, contribute to process improvements through innovation and automation.

About The Role
- Setup, maintain and enrich core investment data across multiple domains (e.g. portfolios, securities, benchmarks).
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues, escalating where necessary.
- Support with the onboarding of new asset types and integration into new or existing systems.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to provide a best-in-class data management service.
- Support change programs with subject matter expertise for data management and impacts to process and procedures.
- Enhance skills in other areas to support the data team's objectives
- Build a strong relationship and network across Royal London Asset Management
- Understand business data risks and apply appropriate controls
- Manage and resolve data issues and provide timely updates back to stakeholders.

About You
- Previous experience handling asset management data
- Knowledge of the trade lifecycle and investment instruments
- Data management process design experience and proficiency in data management practices and tools
- Knowledge of order management systems – Aladdin preferable
- Strong relationship-building skills within the industry
- Experience in leveraging data in databases (SQL and Excel) and developing data requirements and use cases with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, business analytics, data-related, STEM)
- Excellent communication skills and innovative mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
