Senior Data Product Manager (6 month FTC)

We’re looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this strategic, hands-on role, you’ll lead the development of scalable data products that drive business-critical decisions. You’ll be at the heart of a cross-functional team, shaping product strategy, enabling adoption, and ensuring measurable impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and drive the vision and roadmap for a portfolio of complex data products.
• Translate business needs into scalable, value-generating data solutions.
• Lead cross-functional squads of engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact products.
• Collaborate closely with executive sponsors, data leaders, and end users to gather feedback and align direction.
• Guide architectural and tooling decisions to ensure future-proof data products.
• Define KPIs, measure success, and communicate impact across the business.
• Mentor junior product managers and help elevate data product thinking across the organisation.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on data or analytics products.
• A proven track record of launching data solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures, platforms, and tools (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Power BI).
• Experience managing full product lifecycles in agile, cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• The ability to lead through influence and build alignment across diverse teams.
• Bonus: Experience with data governance, domain-driven design, or AI/ML initiatives.
