We are seeking a
Senior Delivery Manager to provide leadership and oversight for the successful delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will ensure that multi-team efforts are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable business value. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, drive cross-functional coordination, and foster a culture of delivery excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
This is an office based role, located in Euston London. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
What You’ll Work On
- Delivery Leadership: Oversee execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring scope, timelines, dependencies, and resources are effectively managed at the portfolio level.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with executives, product, and technical leaders to align delivery outcomes with strategic objectives and enable effective decision-making.
- Team Development: Coach and mentor delivery managers and team leads, building strong capabilities in planning, execution, and agile delivery practices.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively surface and resolve risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies that may impact delivery success.
- Process Excellence: Define, evolve, and embed delivery best practices, tools, and governance frameworks to improve efficiency, predictability, and transparency.
- Outcome Assurance: Ensure all initiatives meet defined quality standards and deliver measurable business and customer value.
- Agile Enablement: Drive adoption and refinement of agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models) to support adaptability and delivery consistency.
- Executive Reporting: Provide clear, actionable insights and delivery status updates to senior leadership using structured reporting and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in delivery, program, or project management, including 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field required; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Advanced credentials such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Certified Scrum Professional are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-team initiatives with high business impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams and executives.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies and delivery tools; familiarity with data analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and reporting frameworks.
