Description

The team in Manchester is growing and requires the support of an experience Design / Project Manager to support the growing portfolio of data centre projects across UK and Europe. You will be able to utilise your detailed knowledge of MEP and / or Civil and Structural engineering for complex building construction projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary MEP / Civil & Structures design teams across international projects.
Manage the full design process, from capturing briefs to delivering exceptional solutions.
Collaborate with expert clients in a highly interactive design environment.
Advise and guide the project on matters like permitting and other local compliance mandates.
Oversee project P&L, financial performance, and risk management.
Drive business growth initiatives.

Design Managers from other building sectors are welcome to apply but you must be able to demonstrate good knowledge of MEP / Building Services, RIBA stages, best practice project / programme management and good levels of communication.
