Job Description:
What you’ll be doing (including but not limited to):
● Work with a team to create smart, groundbreaking interactive and digital concepts that meet client objectives, whether that’s for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and so on.
● Brainstorm, concept and collaborate on campaign ideas with creative leads, other designers, writers, and project managers .
● Design those concepts to a beautiful, highly polished level using responsive design principles.
● Help define and enforce style guidelines for the projects you work on.
● Provide design support on new business pitches, including the creation of prototypes, and presentation decks.
● Be hands-on with execution skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
● Present creative work to clients and leadership at Factor.
● Be very flexible and adaptable to feedback and changes to the work.
● Work closely with project managers to ensure your project stays on schedule.
● Communicate and respond to the team in a timely manner, including acknowledging feedback and requests from the team and the creative lead.
Qualifications
● Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to effectively articulate design concepts and intent to your team and your client.
● A polished interactive design portfolio in English that contains stunning digital design, for consumer-facing brands.
● 6+ years of design experience. Must have experience at either an interactive design agency, advertising agency or an in-house creative department.
● Proficient with industry-standard design tools and practices (InDesign, After Effects, Figma are a must). Animation is a plus.
● Experience leading a project from conception to execution, including building and delivering final assets.
● High comfort level with creating presentation decks, presenting work to internal stakeholders, and working with stakeholders to address their feedback.
● Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines.
● The willingness to accept constructive creative feedback from your creative leads, peers, program managers, and clients, and to come up with smart solutions that address that feedback.
