UX designer
We’re looking for an experienced
UX Designer to join our multi-disciplinary design team and help shape the future of user experience across a wide range of client projects. This role is ideal for someone with a background in both agency and in-house environments, who thrives in collaborative settings and has a strong passion for human-centred design.
You’ll play a key part in growing our UX capability — developing strategy, leading research and design work, and helping drive best practices across our team and the wider organisation.
What You Will Do
You’ll work closely with clients, product teams, developers and visual designers to craft thoughtful and intuitive user experiences — balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. You’ll contribute across the full project lifecycle, from research and discovery through to wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. We’re looking for someone who’s just as happy leading the room as they are deep in the details.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and contributing to UX research and design across multiple projects
- Planning and facilitating client workshops, interviews, and co-design sessions
- Conducting and synthesising qualitative and quantitative research
- Creating personas, journey maps, sitemaps, experience flows and wireframes
- Delivering mid- to high-fidelity prototypes and clear design documentation
- Working closely with developers to ensure design intent is preserved
- Contributing to the development of UX tools, methods and best practices within the team
- Supporting new business opportunities by contributing to pitches, case studies and thought leadership content
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in UX roles across agency, startup, or forward-thinking brand environments
- A hands-on designer who’s comfortable leading projects, adapting to new challenges, and working at pace
- Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to clearly articulate your design thinking to clients and stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with developers and product managers
- A solid understanding of user-centred design processes and accessibility standards
- Confident working iteratively within structured timelines and deliverables
- Familiarity with design systems and their practical application across digital products
- Interest in how AI can support UX design and a willingness to explore new tools and workflows
- Someone who brings energy, structure and motivation to project teams — and knows how to keep things moving

- Prototyping and user testing platforms (e.g. Maze, Hotjar)
- Working within Agile or hybrid project environments
- Design system documentation and collaboration
