After several years of strong growth in the UK, the business is entering a pivotal new phase, including a full-scale rebrand and repositioning, alongside planned expansion into EU and US markets.
Design plays a central role in building trust, clarity, and desirability within a science-backed category. This role will be instrumental in shaping how the brand shows up during its next stage of growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on Senior Graphic Designer role focused on elevating the brand’s visual identity and unifying how it appears across every touchpoint.
The successful candidate will own and evolve the brand’s look and feel, bringing all design assets under a coherent system and creating a distinctive, recognisable visual language that scales across product, digital, content, and marketing.
This is not a purely strategic or people-management role. It is suited to a designer with exceptional taste, strong aesthetic instincts, and the ability to lead by doing.
The role reports into the Head of Brand & Marketing, with a functional reporting line to the Content Lead, and works closely with Brand, eCommerce, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality design across all channels.
