Senior Rust Developer: £150K to £180K - Hybrid (London) - Permanent Opportunity

Please note that this role does not offer sponsorship. Candidates must have full right to work in the UK and be able to commute to London at least twice a week.

La Fosse has partnered with a dynamic trading client to hire a Senior Rust Developer for their engineering team. You’ll work across modern technologies, especially Rust and .NET, to improve both internal tools and customer-facing applications. We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in a trading firm, who understands the fast-paced and dynamic environment of financial markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Rust, with a focus on efficient code.
• Hands-on experience with .NET frameworks and ecosystem.
• Experience working within financial markets or trading firms
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to design elegant, pragmatic solutions.
• Experience with multithreading, web protocols (REST, Web Socket), or high-throughput
• Low-latency systems exposure
• System automation (Desirable not essential)

Interview Process:

1st stage: HR interview via teams

2nd stage: Online Technical interview

3rd stage: In person technical interview with CTO
