Senior DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes

Location: UK Hybrid (London office, twice a week)

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to play a pivotal role in building, scaling, and automating their cloud infrastructure to support mission-critical services for their clients.

What you’ll be doing

Designing, provisioning, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP.
Building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters (including provisioning through Kubernetes controllers).
Driving automation and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices across the organisation.
Partnering with software engineering and data teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable deployments.
Implementing monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to maintain high system availability.
Continuously improving infrastructure performance, scalability, and security.

What we’re looking for

7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
Deep expertise with Kubernetes (cluster management, operators/controllers, Helm, etc.).
Proven experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud services.
Strong skills in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar).
