Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Third Parties Marketing team, based at NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicester with a competitive salary range of £39,000 - £47,000.

The Third Party teams within eCommerce help connect NEXT with other large selling platforms such as Zalando and La Redoute to sell thousands of products internationally. These platforms delivered strong growth for NEXT last year and to continue to support this growth we need a marketing expert to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Third Party Marketing as part of NEXT’s International Marketing strategy. Reporting to the Third Party Channel Lead within the eCommerce Marketing team, you’ll work closely with both new and existing partners -
Amazon, Zalando, About You and Otto - to accelerate customer acquisition and maximise the contribution of 3rd parties to international sales. Leveraging your expertise in marketplace or search marketing, you’ll act as a channel specialist, aligning partner strategies with wider marketing objectives. Your results-focused approach, strategic thinking and strong communication skills will enable you to identify growth opportunities, optimise performance, and stay ahead of emerging trends in this dynamic space.
What else is involved?
- Territory Expansion: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute rapid rollouts across multiple markets, ensuring comprehensive coverage across our key 3rd party platforms.
- Partnership Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic partners like Amazon, Zalando, About You that align with international growth strategies.
- Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimise Sponsored Product Ad campaigns across Amazon, Zalando, About You and more, to drive visibility, traffic, and sales, ensuring a strong ROI.
- Platform Relationship: Work closely with Account Managers at our key partner platforms to maximize performance in multiple markets.
- Tech Know-How: Have a good understanding of ad technology and integrations required to work effectively with major online retailers.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with internal trading teams to align activity with insight, selecting products and categories that best resonate with each partner's audience.
- Reporting and Insights: Manage and deliver comprehensive multi-region channel reporting, presenting actionable insights and performance findings regularly.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about developments in the digital retail and partnership marketing landscape to continuously improve strategies.

About You:
- Experience: Proven years of experience in digital performance marketing, with at least 3 years specialising in marketplace, partnership or search marketing.
- Proven Results: Success in scaling activities with major online retailers to deliver measurable business impact.
- Analytical Skills: Strong numeracy and proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve performance.
- Partner Management: Experience in managing relationships with major online retailers and a clear understanding of their roles in overall channel growth.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong grasp of the partnership marketing mix and how different 3rd party platforms contribute to a comprehensive strategy.
- Problem-Solving: Logical and adept at finding solutions to complex challenges.
- Collaboration: Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the platform technologies used by major online retailers.
- International Experience: Experience managing campaigns and partnerships outside the UK is highly desirable.
- Attribution Expertise: Familiarity with marketing attribution models, Incrementality and their application in partnership marketing is a plus.
