About the Role

As Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Kerv’s digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will take ownership of key digital marketing initiatives, ensuring the effective execution of campaigns that enhance Kerv’s online presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. This is a strategic, hands-on role requiring expertise in social media management, paid campaigns, reporting, branding, and content strategy. You will collaborate closely with both the central and practice teams, influencing digital strategy and driving measurable results.


All about You

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for implementing and optimising Kerv’s digital marketing efforts. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth through digital channels.

  • 4+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role in a B2B environment, SaaS experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across functional and management teams
  • Excellent communicator, and a desire to improve Kerv’s digital landscape.
  • Passionate about the developments in the technology landscape
  • Experience with Canva, CRMs, Hootsuite


Role & Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage Kerv’s social media presence across platforms such as but not limited to: LinkedIn, YouTube, and Glassdoor.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and optimise performance to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with various practices and functions to deliver on-brand messaging on time and steer the success of our LinkedIn showcase pages.

Content Management

  • Develop and execute digital content strategies focused on both Employee Experience (EX) and Customer Experience (CX).
  • Create engaging digital content to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Working with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure SEO best practices have been applied across all content.

Paid Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and budget to ensure strong ROI.
  • Work with internal teams to align paid strategies with broader marketing initiatives.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Track key digital marketing metrics, including engagement, website traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights for optimisation including Hootsuite and Looker.
  • Present regular reports to stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.

Branding & Guidelines

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Maintain and enforce branding guidelines to strengthen brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce brand-aligned assets.

Employer Advocacy Programme (Pilot and Exploration)

  • Develop and manage an employee advocacy programme to increase brand visibility through internal engagement.
  • Train employees on best practices for sharing branded content on social media.
  • Track and measure advocacy efforts to refine and improve the programme.
