About you:
As a member of the SMB ERP Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts through strategic account management and identifying cross-sell opportunities for Access products. Your primary focus will be selling and managing Finance system software, with opportunities to cross-sell HR, Payroll, and other Access solutions into your account base. The role is both office and home based, with 2-3 days in the office per week.

You will take a keen interest in the finance systems marketplace and will want to truly understand the challenges faced by clients looking to optimize their financial operations and business processes.
Day-to-day, you will:
· Manage and develop a portfolio of existing SMB customer accounts to drive retention, expansion, and renewal revenue
· Build trusted advisor relationships with finance decision-makers and key stakeholders
· Be comfortable selling Finance systems as your core product and identifying cross-sell opportunities for HR, Payroll, and other Access solutions
· Use CRM to manage account health, track expansion opportunities, and identify cross-sell potential
· Be comfortable networking internally and externally to maximize customer value and your reach across accounts
· Create and maintain a solid pipeline of upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and be comfortable discussing account strategies
· Keep your pipeline completely up to date so you can forecast like a pro
· Updating CRM is second nature to you, and even better if you already know Salesforce
· Be a true 'follow up' master, never missing a beat and always making sure it is useful and informative
· Work with the ERP Pre-sales team to deliver excellent software demos that leave your clients wowed
· Be confident, persuasive and a phenomenal listener who is able to interpret customer challenges into deliverable solutions
· Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their evolving needs and position relevant Access solutions
· Be ready to pivot with the market or changes to the solution to make sure you are able to hit your targets
Your skills and experiences might also include:
· Experience in a B2B account management or sales role, ideally selling SaaS
· Experience in the Finance systems, ERP, or business software industry a positive
· Comfortable presenting to groups and senior stakeholders
· Able to work on own initiative
· Self-motivated
· Ability to work as part of a smaller and larger team
· Able to prioritize a demanding workload
· Excellent communication skills, telephone, email and written
· Attention to detail
· Act with integrity, loyalty and honesty
