About the role
The Senior Digital & Social Media Manager (12-month maternity cover) is an important role that works in partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager, both at Group level, as key contributors helping us to deliver our group marketing strategy and to empower our local marketing teams with the resources, insights and marketing expertise, to achieve their goals.
This pivotal role focuses on three core pillars: developing and executing organic social media strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), managing and optimizing paid social campaigns, and implementing SEO/web strategies to boost organic search and engagement.
You will partner with global Creative, Strategy and Client teams to amplify the agency’s creative work across our social media platforms. You will analyse paid social campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to leadership. You will implement SEO strategies to improve our organic search rankings and increase the engagement with our website. This is a dynamic role with lots of autonomy.
About you
To succeed in this position you will need to have the following attributes:
Ideally you will have Agency experience, be that in a Brand / Design Agency or an Advertising, Marketing or Communications Agency.
