We’re working with a fast-growing premium sports brand that is looking for a talented Global E-commerce Content Manager to join their team and lead the development and execution of their global content strategy.

The Role
As the Global E-commerce Content Manager, you will:
- Develop and own the global content calendar for the brand’s website, aligning with trading priorities, seasonal campaigns, and product launches across key international markets.
- Lead the content localisation strategy, ensuring global campaigns resonate locally across the US, Europe, and Asia.
- Oversee the creation of premium digital content for homepages, landing pages, product pages, and campaigns, maintaining the brand’s premium identity.
- Manage designers, copywriters, and photographers to deliver engaging, on-brand creative content.
- Implement and refine robust processes for content planning, production, and delivery.
- Partner with trading and analytics teams to track and optimise content performance, using data-driven insights to inform strategy.
- Embed SEO and accessibility best practices across all content touchpoints.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all content and mentoring junior team members to deliver their best work.
About You
We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on content leader who can blend creativity with a commercial mindset:
- Proven experience in senior content management roles within a premium or lifestyle e-commerce brand, ideally with global reach.
- Strong background in content localisation and understanding regional nuances across the US, Europe, and Asia.
- Experience in optimising content for performance – driving traffic, engagement, and conversion in a trading-led environment.
- Skilled in content production workflows, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering high-quality creative at pace.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful) and content analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, UX, and digital content best practices.
- A confident leader who enjoys developing teams and working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Passion for sport, cycling, or premium lifestyle brands is a bonus.
