Senior E-commerce Manager

We’re working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing subscription wellness brands a mission-led D2C startup shaking up the supplements space with a premium, science-backed product and serious ambition. (THIS ROLE IS OFFICE BASED)

A standout presence on social, and a clear goal: become the UK’s #1 name in their category within 2 years. Backed by a purpose-driven founder and a high-performing team, they’re scaling fast — and now they need a performance marketing all-rounder to help take things to the next level.

If you’ve got strong Meta Ads experience, love CRO testing, live for campaign performance metrics, and have experience working in a high-growth eCommerce or health/wellness subscription brand — this one’s for you.

Role:

• Owning day-to-day paid marketing campaigns (especially Meta)
• Running A/B tests to improve landing page CVR, AOV & funnels
• Collaborating with creators & influencers to fuel paid UGC
• Writing ad copy & briefs based on performance data
• Supporting customer retention through email, SMS & CRO
• Helping scale new acquisition channels and creative testing
• Working with design & devs to iterate fast on what's working

What you'll need:

• Have 1-3 years in growth/digital marketing at a fast-moving D2C or eCom brand
• Know Meta Ads, A/B testing and CRO like the back of your hand
• Get excited by data, creative testing and unlocking growth
• Thrive in startup/high-growth environments
• Want to build something meaningful in the wellness space
• Bonus if you’ve worked with subscription models or in health/supplements
