We are a small, friendly school and are looking for a new member for our team. We would encourage you to visit to find out more about us. A Pastoral Lead In Our School
- Support parents and carers of children who are experiencing difficulties with signs of social, emotional, health or behavioural issues
- Signpost appropriate, relevant agencies to families
- Work closely with children who are experiencing difficulties individually and small groups
- Support through stages of transition
- Develop good relations with parents and staff in order to support pupils
- Work to improve the attendance of key pupils/key groups of pupils
- Work with senior leaders to support the link between home and school
- Work as an active part of the Safeguarding Team
- Uphold the Christian ethos of our school
- Maintain and seek training to ensure you are up to date in all relevant aspects
