As Senior EHS Expert with focus on Safety and Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), you will be part of the Corporate EHS team and lead the integration of HOP principles across our global organization.
You will foster a culture that prioritizes human performance and organizational resilience to minimize risks and enhance safety.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead the implementation of a global HOP strategy within the Corporate EHS framework.
- Advise leadership and EHS teams on applying HOP principles in projects and processes.
- Analyze safety-critical events with a focus on human factors.
- Design and deliver training programs and awareness campaigns on HOP.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external experts to identify and apply best practices.
- Develop, Monitor and report KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HOP initiatives.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, psychology, ergonomics, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in EHS, human factors, or organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of HOP principles and track record of practical application.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in multicultural environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills in English - German is a plus

Was Sie mitbringen
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher) in Ingenieurwesen, Psychologie, Ergonomie oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in EHS, Human Factors oder Organisationsentwicklung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der HOP-Prinzipien und nachweisbare praktische Anwendung.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten in multikulturellen Umgebungen.
- Analytisches Denken mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen zu vereinfachen.
- Starke Führungsqualitäten mit der Fähigkeit, ohne direkte Weisungsbefugnis Einfluss zu nehmen.
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- (schriftlich/mündlich) und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Englisch – Deutsch ist von Vorteil.
