Our client, a leading US law firm is seeking to hire a Senior Paralegal to join its highly regarded London Employment team on a permanent basis. The team is open to considering candidates at different levels and would welcome applications from experienced Paralegals or qualified lawyers interested in joining as a Staff Attorney, depending on background and fit. There is one position available.

The role focuses on non-transactional employment law, with an emphasis on advisory and support work, offering high-quality exposure from day one.

The Role

• Predominantly non-deal, advisory employment law work
• Supporting partners and senior lawyers on a wide range of employment matters
• Preparing know-how materials, client updates, and practice resources
• Client-facing role within a billable environment
• Approximately 25% of the role dedicated to pro bono work, enabling senior lawyers to focus on chargeable matters
• Involvement in business development and practice development initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Solid grounding in general employment law
• Corporate support experience helpful but not essential
• Strong written skills, with confidence drafting client-facing materials
• Comfortable working in a client-facing, billable environment
• Genuine interest in business development and knowledge initiatives
