What youll be doing
- Taking control of incoming project informationreviewing scopes, drawings, and surveys with a sharp eye for risk and opportunity.
- Building accurate 3D ground models and cut/fill volume assessments, ensuring every assumption is clear and defensible.
- Producing machine control models (Trimble/Topcon) that make site start-up seamless.
- Managing tender and pre-construction document control so our designs and models are always based on the latest approved data.
- Handing over projects to site engineers with comprehensive packs and crystal-clear instructions.
- Coaching junior engineers, raising standards, and sharing your expertise on the ground.

- 35 years engineering experience , ideally in civil, earthworks, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven skill in building 3D models, volume calculations, and producing machine control files.
- Strong document control and information management capability.
