Insight Global are looking for a Senior Manager to join our leading multi-media client on a 12-month contract based in Livingston, Scotland. As a Senior Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising key systems including Genesys Pure Engage, Kana Response, Filenet, and bespoke in-house applications. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll get stuck into installation, development, and ongoing support, all while influencing the future of a mission-critical tech estate.
Day-to-day:
- Lead the configuration, installation, and support of systems to meet business requirements
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades across software applications and operating systems
- Own and maintain technical documentation, keeping it clear, concise, and up to date
- Deliver project work and service enhancements in line with defined goals and timescales
- Take the lead on developing internal platforms and custom solutions
- Act as a go-to expert for our Contact Centre stack, working closely with internal support teams and cross-functional partners
Must haves:
- Hands-on experience working with technologies like Genesys, Kana Response, Filenet, or similar Contact Centre platforms
- Strong development background with exposure to PHP, ASP, Oracle SQL, and JavaScript
- Good working knowledge of databases and observability tools
- Proven track record in a Contact Centre engineering role, with a solid grasp of end-to-end service delivery
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to dive into both legacy systems and new tech
