The role
This is a newly created role as Senior Enterprise Risk Manager, will embed and maintain an effective Enterprise Risk Management Framework across Nest Invest as the specialist for Enterprise Risk within the Investment business. The role involves close collaboration with risk/control owners, senior management, and the Nest Invest Risk and Compliance Committee. This includes maintaining and embedding the Nest Invest Risk Management Framework, providing objective oversight and challenge, and enabling risk-informed decision-making aligned to Nest Invest’s strategic objectives.
The person
The successful candidate will be an experienced and hands on 2nd line Senior Enterprise Risk Manager with strong knowledge of Financial Services regulation ideally Pensions or Investment Management.
We are looking for someone who is able to think intuitively and autonomously. Possesses strong influencing skills to engage effectively with others, providing direction and challenge where required and an ability to build and maintain relationships.
Experience of helping shape Enterprise Risk Frameworks is advantageous but the ability and interest to embed them in the business and developing a risk management culture is important.
