Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of EPM solutions (e.g., Oracle, OneStream, Anaplan, Tagetik — depending on background)
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders to scope, architect, and implement tailored performance management solutions
- Provide thought leadership on best practices, governance, and future-proofing EPM strategies
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Enterprise Performance Management consulting (ideally 5+ years)
- Hands-on delivery across budgeting, planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting workflows
- Expertise in at least one leading EPM platform (Oracle, OneStream, Anaplan, etc.)
- Comfortable in client-facing roles, with strong communication and project management skills
- UK-based and open to occasional travel (domestic and international)
