Salary range: £35,000 - £45,000
Are you a proactive IT professional with a passion for device management and customer excellence? Wavenet is looking for an experienced
End User Device Management (EUDM) Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of managing and maintaining end user devices across a variety of customer estates using Wavenet’s cutting-edge toolsets.

Key Responsibilities
As an EUDM Engineer, your role will include (but not be limited to):
- Managing deployment and maintenance of Windows Updates, OOB patches, applications, BIOS updates, and OSD tasks via our EUDM toolsets.
- Working closely with customers to test and document software deployments, ensuring a smooth change management process.
- Supporting and monitoring existing deployments, taking corrective action as needed to ensure performance and compliance.
- Becoming a trusted advisor to clients, offering mentorship and occasionally leading presentations or briefings.
- Delivering excellent service that enhances Wavenet’s CSAT and NPS scores by ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
- Producing detailed customer-facing compliance reports for various deployments.
- Collaborating on continual service improvements (CSI) to streamline operations and enhance frontline team support.
- Creating, updating, and sharing process documentation to improve knowledge sharing across teams.
- Supporting Wavenet’s vendor partnership accreditation through ongoing personal development and certification.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience with SCCM/ConfigMgr and OS deployments.
- Familiar with 3rd party update tools (Patch My PC, Dell, Lenovo, HP).
- Solid knowledge of AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
- Strong in incident, problem, and change management.
- Skilled in using remote support tools and generating compliance reports.
- Clear communicator with strong documentation skills.
- Client-focused, proactive, and well-organised.
- A team player who shares knowledge and drives improvement.
- SC clearance or eligible to obtain it.
Desirable
- Certifications (Microsoft, Dell, HP, etc.)
- Experience with Intune, MECM, or similar tools
- Understanding of ITIL, SLAs/OLAs/KPIs
- Able to deliver small-scale tech projects
