Are you an experienced events professional with a passion for delivering stand-out business events? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment? Simplybiz is looking for a Senior Event Executive, ideally based in or around the Midlands, to help deliver the biggest events programme in UK financial services—over 400 events a year!
As part of our central events team, you’ll play a key role in:
As part of our central events team, you’ll play a key role in:
- End-to-end management of your own events—both physical and virtual
- Hosting events across the UK and supporting our hybrid event programme
- Building relationships with key partners, venues, and financial advisers
- Supporting the Head of Events and the wider Distribution Team
- Using digital platforms to live stream events and engage virtual audiences
- Proven experience in business event planning and delivery
- Ideally, some knowledge of the financial services industry
- Superb attention to detail, multitasking skills, and a process-driven mindset
- Confidence to host and manage live events (in person and online)
- Great communication skills and a proactive, professional approach
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, and event platforms)
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK
- Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours support during events
