The Role

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Freelance Senior Event Producer with serious energy, expertise, and a passion for crafting unforgettable brand experiences.

You’ll take the reins on end-to-end planning and delivery, ensuring every technical, experiential, and brand detail hits the mark. Whether it’s navigating licensing, perfecting RAMs, or leading a team onsite, you’ll bring clarity, confidence, and creativity at every step.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of high-impact events and experiencesI
• Instrumental in ensuring seamless execution of multiple experiences and events
• Co-ordinate the planning process with the internal team to ensure delivery to the highest standards
• Be a key point of contact for clients, fostering relationships, guiding creative direction and overseeing proposals, budgets and logistics
• Manage relationships and negotiations with external partners and suppliers ensuring project deliverables are met
• Support the senior leadership by contributing to pitches and overall growth of the events division
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a senior event production role, ideally within an agency environment managing large-scale events, particularly within the consumer sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A track record of delivering high-impact campaigns and client satisfaction
• Excellent commercial acumen and confidence in financial oversight, budget management and negotiations with suppliers
• A deep understanding of event activations and creative brand experiences
• A strong network of crew and contacts to support the production of events and experiences
• A hands-on approach combined with a strategic mindset, eager to contribute to business development
• Comfortable stepping into a leadership role on a freelance basis with immediate impact
